How to make Dorayaki





Making a delicious Dora cake with chocolate filling without an oven is definitely possible! Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started: 


Ingredients: - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1/8 tsp salt - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 1/4 cup vegetable oil - 1 large egg - 1/2 cup milk - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/3 cup chocolate chips - 1/4 cup heavy cream - 1/4 cup unsalted butter.


Instructions: 


1. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes. 


2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 


3. In another bowl, whisk the sugar, oil, and egg until well combined. 


4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture alternately with the milk and vanilla extract. 


5. Grease a small cake tin and pour the batter in it. 


6. Cover with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 30 minutes. 


7. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. 


8. To make the chocolate filling, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. 


9. Once the chocolate and cream are melted and combined, stir in the unsalted butter. 


10. Place the cake on a flat surface and slice it horizontally in half. 


11. Spread the chocolate filling on the bottom layer, and then place the top layer back on. 


12. Spread the rest of the chocolate filling on top of the cake. 


13. Decorate the cake with any desired toppings like sprinkles and cherries. Voila! You have your delicious Dora cake with chocolate filling, without using an oven. Enjoy!
